Cloudy weekend in DC With Cooler Temperatures

WASHINGTON — Three Things To Know:

Saturday Night: Becoming mostly cloudy and comfortable. Lows: 56 – 66. Winds: ENE 10.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy and mild. Stray showers before noon. Highs: 72 – 77. Winds: ENE 10.
Monday: Partly sunny and pleasant. Warmer. Highs: 75 – 80. Winds: S 5 – 10.

Weather Conversation:

Sunday will be mostly cloudy with highs in the mid 70s. A stray shower is possible before noon. For the Commanders game, it should be a nice setup with mild temps in the and a mix of partly to mostly cloudy skies.

Monday will be the only day of the upcoming week that features more sun than clouds. Get out there and enjoy it! Monday also marks the officially start of fall, at 2:19 p.m. 

Shower chances will increase starting Tuesday and last through the remainder of next week. The good news is, we really need the rain! Almost the entire area is under some kind of drought ranging from abnormally dry to severe drought conditions.
