Saturday Night: Mostly cloudy with lingering showers and storms. Lows: 60s. Winds: ENE 10.
Sunday: Mostly cloudy and mild, stray shower possible. Highs: 70s. Winds: NE 10.
Weather Conversation:
Most of Saturday will be a washout. We might be able to get a walk or run in Saturday morning around the light showers but come afternoon heavy rain with embedded storms will envelope the entire Metro Area. Right now the heaviest rain and strongest storms will be along I 95 and east.
We are tracking more showers and storms over the weekend but it will not be a washout. Saturday will be wetter than Sunday. We have issued a Weather Impact Alert Saturday for rain, showers and strong storms. There is a high chance that a tropical system will be off the southeast coast early next week. Right now, it appears it will send showers and storms our way all day Tuesday before the system gets suppressed back to the south and away from our area by a cold front next Wednesday.
