The French beauty-tech company Ieva Group has announced the appointment of Gabriele Betti as deputy CEO. Reporting directly to Jean‑Michel Karam, Ieva Group’s chairman, CEO, and founder, Mr Betti brings expertise spanning retail, data, and artificial intelligence, and is tasked with accelerating the company’s international expansion.

“We welcome a leader who has demonstrated his ability to transform major retail brands, fuse technology with the customer experience, and create lasting value. His arrival strengthens our execution capability at a time when Ieva Group is accelerating its growth in Europe, under the strategic impetus I continue to provide,” said Jean‑Michel Karam, who took the group public this year, in a statement.

Gabriele Betti began his career in technology before moving into specialist retail. A former managing director of Marionnaud for France, Italy, and Central Europe, and subsequently the perfumery group’s deputy managing director, he oversaw a network of more than 700 stores across eight European markets. Before joining Ieva Group, he advised companies in the longevity medicine sector.

“The beauty of tomorrow will be personalised, intelligent, and deeply connected to the real needs of each individual. Ieva has the assets to become one of Europe’s benchmark ecosystems in this field. My role now is to turn this vision into profitable, sustainable, and measurable growth,” said Gabriele Betti.

Founded in 2020 by engineer and entrepreneur Jean‑Michel Karam- a well‑known entrepreneurial figure to the general public for his appearance on the TV programme “Qui veut être mon associé?”- Ieva Group is structured around personalised beauty and wellbeing. The French group, listed on Euronext Growth since March 2026, brings together an ecosystem spanning technological solutions and diagnostics (Ieva Tech), skincare, and make‑up brands such as Ioma Paris, Made with Care and Elenature (Ieva Beauty), and retail chains such as L’Atelier du Sourcil and Boudoir du Regard (Ieva Experience). The group strengthened its media and community division with the acquisition of My Little Paris from the TF1 group at the end of 2025, consolidating its omni-channel model driven by data and subscriptions.
